On all plans except for the Try Before You Buy Plan there are monthly
subscription fees which you wil,l as a subscriber, be liable for payment.
This subscription charge allows you to keep your Buzz number and on
certain plans provides you with a certain value of airtime.
The subscription can be paid by purchasing a top up voucher from our
website. The money we receive will first be allocated towards any outstanding
subscription fees (if any) and then to airtime.
You can also choose to pay your monthly subscription by means of a
debit order on your credit card or current account.
All minutes / airtime are non refundable and non transferable.
All Prepaid airtime can be used from IP (Buzz Soft Phone, Gateway
Phone, TA or via our VoIP Gateways).
The Rand value of these plans will be calculated at the current Rand/
Dollar exchange rate.

By pressing the Accept and Submit button on our terms and conditions
you have signed a 12 month contract (Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold and
Platinum Subscribers only).
Once your 12 month contract has has expired you will automatically
be placed on a month to month rolling contract.
Once you have decided on a plan we are not able to upgrade or downgrade
your contract. Please be sure to choose the correct plan to suit your
needs.
If your need exceeds your monthly allowance for minutes, you can top
up your account.
