All Prepaid Airtime has a validity of 90 days from date of purchase
or last top up.
There is a monthly subscription charge of US$ 4.95. This subscription
charge allows you to keep your Buzz number. When you pay the subscription
charge is up to you but if you have not made any subscription payments.
The subscription will be paid by purchasing top up voucher from our
website. The money we receive will first be allocated towards any outstanding
subscription fees (if any) and then to airtime.
All minutes / airtime are non refundable and non transferable.
All Prepaid airtime can be used from IP (Buzz Soft Phone, Gateway
Phone, TA or via our VoIP Gateways).
Once you have subscribed to a plan and registered your Buzz Soft Phone
you will be able to also purchase SMS vouchers to enable you send low
cost SMS's.
The Rand value of this plan will be calculated at the current Rand/
Dollar exchange rate.

Once you have decided on a plan we are not able to upgrade or downgrade
your contract. Please be sure to choose the correct plan to suit your

If your need exceeds your monthly allowance for minutes, you can top

We will keep a record of your registration. You will only be able
to register once for your Free Plan, thereafter you will have to subscribe
to one of our other plans to continue using our services.
