How To Use Web Call Back In Manage
My Account
Below is an example of how to use our web call back in Manage My
Account.
1. Login Manage My Account with soft phone number and password.

2. Select the call back option on the left side menu. There will be
options (Add Call Back, Web Call back) to be selected. Firstly, users
have to register a call back number if they are using it for the first
time. (Refer to 2.1)
2.1 Call Back -- > Add Call back

1.Enter country code, area code (if applicable) and phone number.
(Refer to Fig 3)
Country Code
Country code of the call back number.
Area Code (if applicable)
Area code of the call back number.
Number
Phone number to call back to.
2. Click on the submit button.
* For making changes to the call back
number, repeat step from step 1.

2.2 Call back -- > Web Call back
If the user did not register
the call back number before making web call back, a message will
be displayed. The user need to select
add
call back to register first. (Refer to Fig 2 & 3).

If the user have registered,
1. Enter country code, area code (if applicable) and
phone number. (Refer to Fig 5)
2. Click the "Call" button to make the call.

If users need to change the current call back number, they have
to click on the "Change Number" button as shown in Fig 6.

After clicking the "Change Number" Button, users have to enter the
country code, area code (if applicable) and the phone number. (Refer
to Fig 7)The call back information entered (Highlighted in red) will
only be used to make this particular call.If users want to change
their
call back number permanently, they have to do it in the add call
back option. (Refer to 2.1)

2. Click the "Call" button to make the call.

How To Use Web Call Back In E800
Below is an example of
how to use our web call back in Manage My Account.
3. Login Manage My Account with soft phone number and password.

4. If the user did not register call back before, a message will be
displayed. The user can click on the button to direct to the add call
back page to register.

5. After registering, if the user wish to make call they can click
on the button to direct back to the web call back page.

2. Click the "Change Number" to change the current
call back number. (Refer to Fig 13)
3. Click the "Call" button to make the call.
4. Click the "Sign Out" button to log off.

After clicking the "Change Number" Button, users have to enter the
country code, area code (if applicable) and the phone number. (Refer
to Fig 13)The callback information entered (Highlighted in red) will
only be used to make this particular call.If users want to change
